Here's the Recipe
NANA BREAD
4 extra ripe bananas
1 1/4 cups flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 325
Grease a bread pan
Combine Crisco and sugar till mixed through. Add eggs,salt,"nanas",flour,baking soda,baking powder.
Bake for approx 1 hour- check after a half hour and turn if you need to( gas oven).
