Jeepers!!!!

While cleaning up the garden I found potatoes that actually grew !!!!!!

Pathetic I know, but it's enough for one glorious potato meal..
Now to think what I should make with them.

Potato salad?
Roasted potatoes with garlic and herbs?
Potato Pizza?
Potato Soup?
